The product was fine but the delivery was extortionate and it wasn’t obvious until I paid. One small label print cassette costing £8 came with a £10 delivery cost !
No problem delivering items when bought (obviously). Returning items a complete nightmare. You have to contact them by email or phone if you want to return an item and state reason. My item was way too small for me, they said they would send a larger pair if i sent the first one back. I agreed, new size has came and it’s still too small around the waste. Tried contacting them for a return label, 3 emails now, no response whatsoever. Trousers has cost me £120! Awful company!
