I contacted this gentleman as I needed two Duettes to be repaired. He advised me when they would be returned, but as I was due to be away then I asked him to delay returning them for a week which he willingly did. He refused to arrange any form of payment until I had had a chance to test the units to ensure I was happy with them. After a weekend of using the units I was extremely pleased with the way they worked, absolutely perfectly in all settings. After advising him of this, he sent the invoice which was VERY reasonable. (I took the liberty of sending a little extra as a small token of my appreciation of not only the excellent service I received, but for the gentleman's manner and method of doing business.) I cannot recommend this gentleman highly enough and would avail myself of his services again in the future should the need arise. Very many thanks.

I'm building a Triang railway, and wanted a good controller from the 60s, but I wanted it to be safe. I stumbled across handem whilst looking for an old railway controller that was tested and safe. We bought a duette controller, great service, well protected. Arrived quickly, was over the moon with the printout explaining the switches as I had forgotten what they did, and some wire to connect up with. The controller is in beautiful condition and runs my triang locos on original triang track absolutely superb. Can't praise handem enough. Thanks again Gareth
