Great service with a very simple to use interface for applying and communication. I've used Habito for two remortgages in the past and again this time, for a mortgage to move home. This time we signed up for the Plus service for Conveyancing. The quote was around £800 more than others but we stuck with Habito as we've always been really happy with them. However the Plus service is with a conveyancing firm called Muve which has bad reviews and poor outcomes reported. Habito hadnt told us who the Plus service would be with and so it's on us to have assumed, but we would not have gone with Muve if we had known the Plus service was with them rather than Habito themselves.

As mortgage brokers who operate from a portal online, Habito offer a useful, and super convenient way to check which mortgage deals one is eligible for, and a clear breakdown of the overall cost of each (taking into account interest rates, fees, etc). Being able to manage / update one's application online means one can do it at one's convenience, and my assigned representative was available throughout to answer all my questions, via email, or the portal's own messaging system. It definitely takes a lot of the stress out of the whole process!

Amazing experience with Habito. I managed to close the purchase of my property in 2 months from offer accepted to keys collected. All questions and concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. They took care of everything on the mortgage side and since I went for the Habito Plus fee for all the legal work they supported me with the exchanges with the conveyancer. I'll be very happy to use them again when I have to re-mortgage.

Antra was super helpful and the whole process was much easier than dealing directly with the lender, which I initially tried to do thinking it would be easier. The web interface/chat is really well done and it's nice to be able to complete everything without having to go through the process of getting through on the phone every time you need to ask or answer a question.
I've used Habito to secure a mortgage offer once before and am a returning customer. Their professionalism and efforts to communicate the best options for me were fantastic first time round, and again they've been exceptionally good. The Habito product itself could be slightly improved by providing some support and resources once the mortgage has gone through, such as hosting a copy of the agreements etc to refer back to quickly.
