We were advised on mortgage offers by Raj, who was incredibly responsive (even on weekends) and thorough. Our house purchase had a few complications and delays, and Raj was clear and helpful when we needed advice on how best to proceed, and gave helpful nuanced information when we were unsure between a few different mortgage products. Couldn't recommend him and Habito more.
