My second time working with them on my mortgage. This time it was for remortgage. The process was very simple and easy to understand, Pietro reached out to me quickly and helped to find all the deals that are interesting. There was no document ping-pong and I could get a new deal starting as soon as next month, very efficient.
Good experience to the point of mortgage submission so far. Very fast responses from Emily Trout and clear explanations. The document upload facility is very user friendly. I now wait to see how much extra stuff the mortgage company itself asks for - but that is outside of Habito's control
