Couldn't fault Habito. We were going to pay for a mortgage broker and then heard of Habito through Money Saving Expert and excellent start to finish. They are quick on chat to get back to you. Much easier filling all your details and affordability in on a website than over the phone like we did last time with another provider, then they take all of that and send you the best mortgage deal.

Fantastic! Habito are super-responsive from start to finish. They blow every other broker we've ever used out of the water. 10/10. In the end we decided not to use Habito, as our existing lender offered a Product Transfer that couldn't be beaten, and was only available direct with the lender. But have to give a shout out to Raj and Helen for being really helpful in explaining our options. I'm recommending Habito to friends and family, and will doubtless use them when we remortgage again.

Excellent service from habito. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Queries are quickly answered via email or online chat. Olivia found me a great remortgage deal which even included solicitors fees at a very good fixed rate of interest. The process is swift and easy provided you do your homework first and have your facts and figures ready. You need to be reasonably computer ‘savvy’ re uploading documents but if you can do that it’s really straightforward. The initial questionnaires are mostly clear but where there’s ambiguity I found the online chat excellent as the advisors answer queries immediately. I was recommended habito by my son who has used them for his mortgages and despite being reticent at first ( I’m over 65 and tend to stick to what I know ) I now wouldn’t go anywhere else and would heartily recommend them to others.
The mortgage process was made very simple and easy and I had two amazing ladies looking after me - Lizzie and Patricia that kept me well informed and guided me. This is my second time using Habito to obtain a mortgage and I really can't fault them, hence using the service again! Absolutely amazing!

The experience with Habito is amazing. What can be a stressful process is made so much easier. It was easy and quick to get in contact with my broker. Response from my broker was quick too. The broker found a very competitive mortgage, which is the ultimate goal and whilst other broker were charging high broker fees for less of a service, Habito didn't. I would highly recommend to use Habito
