Helpful salesman paid close attention to details on measurements. The product met expectations. The interlocks fit perfectly. The odor was minimal. Carpeting installed the next day smelled far worse. The product arrived undamaged, it was well packed. Timing was clearly outlined and expectations were met. I only wish they could fulfill orders quicker. I feel I got a better product than what was available through big box retailers.

The customer service and shipping were perfect. GreatMats is a great company to work with. My only disappointment is the color. I was advised that the color of the tiles would vary, but I didn't expect the tiles to vary as much as they do. I purchased black tiles. A more accurate description would be black and various shades of grey.
Kaitlyn was very helpful, answering questions, sending samples and completing the order in a timely manner. The carpet tiles are sturdy, plush and easy to install.
It must be a mistake I order DF 15, but also received MMABJJ floor mats I saw that floor mats but it was higher than the mats I have, and that was why I ordered the DF 15
