The luxury carpet tiles are just that, very thick and lush. I was able to install them myself and it was very easy, easy to cut, etc. Came out fantastic without have to do my whole remodel at one time like carpet would normally be.

My experience has been over the top. Product is perfect for our needs. They ship out on time for our time-line. We highly recommend their product and support. When the project is done we will do a video to show what we accomplished. We have been doing this slowly because I work from a wheel chair. This product makes it easy for me to do.

Excellent customer service. Katlyn always made herself available to answer all my questions. The quality of the mats is better than what you see in local stores. It was easy to install and it looks great. I have cats and although some of the mats were scratched after installation, (as expected) the mats still looked great. Easy to clean and easy to replace. Do get a professional to install in a larger room.
The mat is wonderful and my squad is really grateful to have it to practice on. It makes practice so much easier.
