My original order was lost by Royal mail, I contacted Golfbase customer service and had a quick response. Asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, went with replacement which was sent out that day and I received it the following day. I was most impressed by their service and would definitely order from them again.
I had some new Callaway golf trousers delivered. In the description they were listed as “tapered” but they are not tapered at all. As these trousers fitted perfectly and were extremely comfortable I have decided to keep them despite the incorrect description. This is the reason for a 4-star review.
