It's hard for me to provide a proper review given I have not yet received my order. While I understand that shipping internationally comes with its potential delays, I have been offered no solutions in terms of redirecting or canceling this shipment after nearly three weeks since the order was placed - aside from contacting the shipping company which has provided no solution. I'm no longer at the receiving address so am not sure if or when I will receive this merchandise. So, I am not able to offer more of a review at this time.

The whole process with Golfbase was made so simple. Ordering was easy and tracked delivery informed me of the whole process, with the package arriving on time. On this occasion I had to return my items, due to me Ordering the wrong sizes. A return postage paid label was emailed from Golfbase and the package was sent by post. After a few days my account was fully credited. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Golfbase again. In these uncertain times of 'dodgy' sites and scams it's good to know of a company one can rely on.
