I didn’t receive the package. I really don’t think you should be selling into Europe due to Customs delays and the unreliable parcel delivery services. Your estimate of delivery within 14 days is just not realistic, and the chance of the product arriving less than 25%.

I was very impressed with this company as a first time user, I was particularly impressed by the speed of delivery which was 24 hours after ordering and the clothing I ordered appears to be of good quality. one small grip but not a big deal one of the items I ordered was a gilet on the website it said it was water repellent ,when I received it on the label on the gilet it said water resistant but I will have no hesitation using or recommending this company again.
