The product is fine but the ordering process was appalling. Delivery was also shocking. I selected next day delivery and paid the extra £3.95 and changed the address as I was at my partners before Xmas. When I pressed pay it took me to a screen and the £3.95 was wiped out but what I also didn’t realise until I paid was that the address changed back also. This meant I didn’t receive my package until after Xmas and the recipient was without a present. Delivery never informed me it was on its way until it was delivered 3 days late. Won’t buy again from this outfit. I also contacted customer services about this before delivery and they never responded. Pretty shocking service. Thanks for the reply but your system knocked out the payment for next day and changed the address back which you haven’t addressed. I know I was under time constraint so that was why I wanted to pay the £3.95. Plus would you like a copy of my email to you on the day of ordering as you ‘can’t find it’. Customer service at its best blame the customer.
Bought as a gift - easy to order online and pay for item and the item was promptly delivered and well packaged. All round a good experience and will order again.
