Rückerstattung erhalten, nachdem Lockenstab zunächst aufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten sowie vom Kundenservice nicht gelesenen Emails, welche im Spam Ordner untergegangen sind, nicht angekommen war. Kundenservice hat sich sehr bemüht die Situation aufzuklären und war, nachdem Sie meine Nachrichten gefunden hatten, sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir haben das Glätteisen und den Lockenstab von Golden Curl, sind mit beiden Geräten sehr zufrieden.
Was soll ich nur sagen Genial, perfekt. Ein besseres Glätteisen gibt es für mich nicht. Absolute Empfehlung 💯

Sehr mehr als 4 jahren habe ich den golden curl Lockenstab und ich bin bis heute immer noch super begeistert. Er schädigt die Haare nicht, es geht super schnell, man benötigt kein Haarspray und er ist so einfach zu bedient.
Habe es vor 5 Jahren gekauft und bin heute noch begeistert. Ob glatt oder lockig, es hält. Das hatte ich noch mit keinem Gerät.

I have known the products for a long time and I am very satisfied with the quality. I finally found a straightener that manages straightening my stubborn curly hair. I recently ordered another straightener. Since something went wrong, I was delivered 2 used and defective straighteners instead. Unfortunately, the shop doesn't have a phone number, but I contacted them by email and quickly received an answer. As compensation, they sent me a new straightener along with other small gifts.
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I rated 5 stars so that it shows. Their sellers at Alexa mall PUSHED me to buy. Realised I didn’t need it and wanted a refund. THEY SAID NO!!! Over €100???? Definitely horrible experience.
Leider hatte das Gerät einen technischen Defekt, jedoch verlief der Austausch sehr schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Lieben Dank. PS.: Der Defekt hatte absolut nichts mit der Qualität des Gerätes zu tun. Ich würde den Kauf erneut durchführen.
I’ve bought 2 products about 2 years ago, everything works great. One of them had an issue about a week ago but it was very easy to activate the warranty, the customer service was very good!
Ich habe seit ein paar Jahren ein Glätteisen von Golden Curl, das seit letzter Woche einen Wackelkontakt hat. Dank der Garantie konnte ich das Glätteisen gegen ein komplett neues und funktionierendes Gerät austauschen. Super Service und tolle Produkte, gerne wieder😊

Very helpful! As the wand I originally ordered was out of stock they upgraded me to a more expensive wand for the same price. Shipping was very fast and the wand creates beautiful curls! Love it!
I purchased my straighteners from a show and loved them for about a year before they stopped switching on. I hadn't activated my warranty but emailed golden curl and no issue. I was sent the link to register the warranty and able to do so even though I'd had them over 12months. Hatice then helped me go through the return process and I received my new set yesterday. I was having to use my old set of ghd while waiting for replacement and I missed my golden curl ones alot. Only thing I had a small issue with was the fact that if I'd purchased them from a store I'd have got a free replacement but because I purchased them at a show I had to pay £18 for the replacements. What's that about? Over all though fantastic service and 5 star product.
