I found my first job at goLance. I still use them. Very convenient service.

I have used up work and over va platforms. I would have to say this platform is the best I have seen. We have been with golance since 2018, we have had NO issue with getting are freelancers paid. We have had No issue about anything on this platform. IF there is an issue and support is notified it is FIXED, no pointing fingers just fixed. We have had issues about finding the right people but that is to be expected in any company, some people are not the right fit. As far as go lance is considered. Golance is ARE trusted labor platform and are partner in my company growth.

Several months in, no issues at all. Any concerns I had were resolved in a matter of days. I would prefer lower fees, but nothing is free. Thumbs up!

They are charging FEES and not telling you about it! It happens at the end when you try to withdraw your money, and then find out golance wants money for you to take your own money out. Their advertising claims they are about reducing fees, but they just tack it on the freelancer's end. Don't use this company!

I'm forced to use this platform by my employer but I definitely wouldn't use it if I didn't have to. Their time app is extremely unstable. It has to be reinstalled or the appdata cleared at least once a week, sometimes daily. I was willing to put up with this until recently when I was lied to and treated like garbage after 3 YEARS and tens of thousands of dollars on the platform. Their support when I initially started using them 3 years ago was excellent. Now it is HORRIBLE. Truly awful. 15 days to answer a simple question even though I received several notifications that people had merged and viewed my tickets from zendesk. meaning they were actively ignoring me. False information shared and no effort to even apologize for it either. Thinking about taking legal action as they owe me over $1600 in back fees.

I am yet to start my career as a freelancer in GoLance, but the way GoLance valued me as a freelancer seeking help for issue was outstanding. Michael Brooks, the owner of GoLance took care of my.issue and got it resolved within few days. Can you expect owner of a company helping a beginner to this level? Amazing experience with GoLance. good platform

I've used goLance for about four months now and I only experienced one issue so far, which was resolved after a bit of back-and-forth with the Support team.

so far, golance and their support have been really helpful and fulfilling my requests when it was possible. they were very reactive and professionnal, and the support itself is good and easy to use.

It's difficult to get hired in this platform. Too many processes with only a few jobs available.

There very bad for freelancers don't fall in love for a low fee, I think they're scammers or maybe just bad in support don't know, I just completed a project and after funds clearance I try to withdraw my money and then they start asking for verification and I submitted my decuments then they start asking for another form identification, I only have national I'd card, where would I get another? And now its been almost 4 days still they're making acuses, And my payment is frozen, and another funny part is they're asking me for my client account verification 🤪🤪 what should I do now?

It was going good then I tried to get my payment yesterday and it won't let me log into my golance account

I love golance. The only thing is that the gometer would crash every now and then or take a long while to launch. But other than that, the billing, the application process, the support team and so on--i like how everything is simple and straightforward.

It's efficient and trustworthy.
