Company Details

I've never heard of them before and had an unauthorized 750.00 charge appear on my account yesterday with their phone number and website listed. I've experienced a fraudulent charge on my account from this company but they did email me back and say they are refunding the money. I haven't received the refund yet but when I do, I will update my review. So far they have been pleasant to get the situation fixed.

Way more then just a freelance platform I have been able to make a great living for 6 years on only with goLance. It's an amazing platform that makes the difference for people around. BIG SCAM! They have stolen, almost 60 000 USD! I have reported the fraud in my country, but police was too lazy, and canceled the investigation, when the company owner said he refunded my money to my partner, however he never provided the proof! My partner also says he never received the money. The company kept telling lies! With my every question, the people from support kept blocking me on telegram! Now I am reporting the company to BBB and also Delaware Government in United States, I bet they will want to take a closer look at this company and it will be much easier from their country to find justice. Stay Away From Them! I am making update to the answer from the golance owner to my review, if there was anyone unethical, that was him! He has stolen all our money. There was cash in my account that I tried to withdraw, but they mistaken my address and bank rejected the incoming transfer, and the cash has never been refunded to my partner! Also I started the poIice investigation, the owner never provided any evidence of the cash refunded. My partner has lost his cash as well! The owner of the company has stolen all the funds! I can easily provide all evidence!

I have had the issue several times where my salary was not paid in. When you mail them or email them, they answer 4 days later and also on chat they just ghost you. If I had to do that, I would get into such trouble. I hope these are being QA'd.
