My order was reprinted without any fuss because previously the colour was off. I contacted them but they only said that they will get back to me. Next thing I know they already reprinted and it was otw to me! It would be better if they could respond faster and also let me know that it was going to be reprinted. I ended up reprinting somewhere else before receiving an email that it was already being delivered... 😅 Anyways, the colour was way better and I'm really happy with their service!

Great experience getting business cards printed. Due to an error on my part, the uploaded file wasn't workable, but it was very easy to re-upload and I did not feel pressured in any way. The quality of the cards is very nice, and delivery was very very quick. This is easily one of the most value for money printing options in Singapore.

Have been using Gogoprint for my 2 companies for the past three years. Recently had to print cards for a friend's startup and decided to go with Gogoprint again. WORST DECISION. Selected delivery date (29 Oct) on the website and paid accordingly. Even had a screenshot taken from the website at 12.30pm. Upon payment, invoice states in SMALL PRINT that delivery will only be fulfilled by 1 Nov. No headsup, no refund in amount given. Checked with customer support - unresponsive, unhelpful. Was told that order was submitted after cut off time at 12pm. Insisted that screenshot for delivery times and rates were taken after 12pm with time stamp on screenshot but was ignored. Insisted that I be compensated for the difference in rates since delivery is delayed, but after constant messages, i was offered a small SGD 5 voucher for NEXT ORDER. Why would I come back after my very unpleasant experience? It's 2 Nov and namecards are still nowhere to be seen, with no update about delay/when we will receive. Customer support is still unresponsive even when they are supposed to be online from 9am - 6pm every business day. NOT RECOMMENDED esp when in business, time = money. Esp when you pay extra for an earlier delivery, and any delay without headsup or reasonable explanation results in potential loss of business opportunities.

I'm a repeat customer. Easy to use their website, easy to make payment also. My stickers get delivered in a few days. Happy with the quality.
