Easy and clear online sign up but most importantly were efficient in responding when I made a medical claim. It was stitches for a cut, but it required a bit of work including internal stitches, making sure it was clean, antibiotics, tetanus etc .. globelink approved the proceedings in real time when I was at the clinic in Thailand

After trying to get insurance for my husband for months I finally got cover from Globelink. Tracy (the lady who sorted it out for me) was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Won’t be using anyone else from now on

Taking out the insurance was quick & simple. I have yet to make a claim but hope that the claim procedure would be as simple & efficient.

The person I spoke to was unhelpful until I said 'you are being very unhelpful'. Although she then improved and gave me clear information she sent the documents to the wrong e mail address and she got my post code wrong. So not impressed. I have used Globelink before and am happy with the actual policy.

Living in Spain I couldn't find anything here to match coverage and great prices offered by Globelink. Had to call to check out a minor point whilst booking and was attended to immediately and efficiently from the Spanish office. easy to get a quote and then book, easy to compare different grades of insurance and find the package that suits you. slightly cheaper than other companies. attracted to it initially as it was for the over 60s.Liked the 'card' which you print and carry with you on holiday.

I have used Globelink 3 times now when travelling to see my son in Australia. I have given 4 stars as luckily have never had to claim so I can only judge on the service of obtaining the Policy. This time I used the online "Get a quote and buy", this was easy to follow and clearly shows what you are covered for. Would recommend and would use again.

Had to do the deal over the phone, as online didn't cover our particular circumstances. The agent I spoke to was most helpful and gave us options which I hadn't previously considered. Very pleased

Very clear plain English policy wording. They also do 45+ day polices for over 65s which many companies Don't offer. Very easy sign up process.

Booking the Insurance is very easy and convenient However the claims process is slow and poor. First they say you must have a UK bank account even though we booked in Spain, not mentioned when booking Second they list all the reasons why they cannot pay, such as double insurance, credit cards, etc., again not mentioned when booking Claim process very slow. We were in Iceland on 01/11 and our daughter was sick. So far claim not settled!! We claimed Iceland Krone 13800, about Pounds 100 but Rightpath seem to think this is Euro 800, not certain how they arrived at their numbers!! Still being discussed. If claiming was as easy as booking your service would be great!!

Terrible at dealing with claims. It appears to have been outsourced to another who were not interested.

Globelink helped me out when my son realised that his insurance was only for 1 week of his 2 week holiday after he had already departed. The original company were unable to extend as not in this country but Globelink stepped in with great advice and no fuss and arranged cover, Thank You, Glad to say they are home safe now.

I like Globelink because you get through to a person straight away (none of this press 1 for this, 2 for that etc). Always very helpful and pleasant.
