Very easy to book and at a reasonable price. I suppose the real test is when a claim is made but I hope I never need to review that process!

we have been lucky enough not to have to make a claim while using Globelink but feel reassured by using it should the need arise. the web site is easy to use and has little if any misunderstanding words

This is my third renewal of an annual multi-trip policy. Super-easy to renew online, coverage clear, good offers for older travellers. Also very easy to upgrade coverage if you decide to increase coverage eg from Europe-only to worldwide because you add a trip not previously planned

Globelink's procedure for a policy renewal if you have a pre-existing medical condition is unnecessarily tiresome and for someone living in Europe, it is expensive as it involves international phone calls, particularly when you are left holding, why? I can slightly understand the telephone call for new Clients but not for a renewal when the condition has not changed, it should be easy for this to be confirmed online Also why was the quote, 5 or 6 pages of it sent by post at a cost of £1.60 to our address in Spain when we already had an electronic copy of it, Globelink should think of the environment. Note I have already sent the the above to Globelink but have not received a response

Excellent service. All done easily by telephone. For two weeks insurance the cost of more than £200 was quite expensive.

I had to declare a preexisting condition and the only thing I would change in the procedure would be that you should get a confirmation email once your screening has been added to the purchased insurance.

My experience with Globelink has been terrible. First of all, when I bought the insurance policy I felt confident because of the high ratings on this page, but I actually did not pay much attention at the time. I suggest to other users that it is useless to give this insurance 5 stars just because of the good price if the insurance has never been used or needed. My experience is that even if the price is actually good, the money is completely wasted and in the end, it is better to pay more for some other insurance that actually answers and takes the responsibility in case of need. For two weeks I have tried to talk with someone at the claims and I received no answer, thus my only tool was the e-mail, to which I got a response after TWO WEEKS and the response did not take into consideration at all the section of the contract I suggested in the claim that actually should cover my issue, but just gave me the basic answer that my issue was not covered. I found myself in a situation of danger with many different people who had different insurance providers with basic travel policies and they all got the trip curtailment and repatriation paid either by their insurance and in many cases by their governments (section M of the contract - just to make you understand the situation), instead, I am actually the only one who had an insurance company not answering to the claims for the first two weeks and not providing anything. My suggestion is not to look at the price because it proved to be money wasted, and thus it is better to pay more somewhere else but having someone who answers in case of need.

One star is too good for this cheaters. They lie in their policy wording. Then they use an intermediary company to tell you the bunch of lies why your issue will not be covered. They take long times to reply and everytime they reply they have a new excuse to delay, postpone or not cover.
