The convenience of long term parking at a hotel with regular airport shuttle device is if unmeasurable convenience. Global airport parking makes this a hassle free experience.
The parking lot was difficult to cross in the rain and darkness due to deep puddles and flowing water on the asphalt.
We have parked here several times in the past. I had made a reservation for 7/20 and due to the pandemic I had to cancel. There was no hassle in getting my refund. After losing money to other travel arrangements for the same period, I did not hesitate to use this company again.
It was simple and easy to get reservations for parking. I use your service often.
Had to cancel because my flight left too early for this location's shuttle. Called less than 1 hr. after booking the parking and was charged $5 for cancelling, even that quickly. Pretty cheap really...not a good business practice!!
I had 3 questions and a simple phone with real people answered all 3 of my questions.
All was great exit at the end! I went to go out the gate and when I put my card in, the screen said that I owed $75. There were 3cars waiting behind me that I had to ask to back up. When I was in the clear, called Guest Service and the lady (sorry, didn't get her name) opened the gate remotely. OK, assuming that I use your services again, how do I avoid this fatal last step of getting out of the last obstacle/gate? Thank you, Bruce N. Gilbert

On Dec 31 2021 around 345 or 4:00 Pm. I called in to make a reservation for cruise out of miami, Fl. The Lady who spoke to me was very nice and polite, and thoughral. I had special needs due to the ships covid 19 Ships new regulation. as per royal caribbean instructions I Have to beat at the ships dock site Early by 8:30 AM. The Booking lady said that Normal transportatio to the ship starts at 10:00 AM, unles there is special needs for earlier times and that, this WOULD BE TAKEN CARE BY SOME ONE ELSE AT THE COMPANY AND THAT SHE WOULD TRANSFFER ME TO THE INDIVIDUAL.. She booked my a parking date. Then transffered to some one else. Who ever picked up that phone was a loud arrogant, foul language individual. That person whom ever was working on that date and time should not represent your company unless he owns it; and even then if he is the owner, He should speak and listen to custumers in a cordial, respectful educated tone. If he worked for me I'd fire him on the spot.
I have used Global Airport Parking multiple time and appreciate the convenience and good prices.
I literally booked the reservation for the airport location but it was actually the Cary location so I immediately cancelled my reservation and was still charged a $5 cancellation fee.
Really like working with these people. Reasonable cost and very responsive by phone and online. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with the service I received from checking in to picking up my car. I would recommend this business to others who need a place to park at the airport while out of town. Special thanks to the valet driver (can't remember his name) who was very courteous and professional. It was nice that my car was waiting for me and that I wasn't delayed.
Not bad re transportation to cruise ship I would like to see their name big on the van when returning to pickup my car Twice I missed the van on return trip
