The location ‘Secure Newark Airport Parking’ was listed online as outdoor self parking but when I arrived that was not the case. No outdoor parking was available at this location. My reservation wasn’t even in the system and I was left out of luck with parking despite paying for the parking. I was not given any assistance and had to pay double for the same parking. This is not okay and I want a refund.

I have used Global Airport Parking in the past with no problems. However, on my most recent trip, I had a big problem. We booked a parking spot at least a month in advance. When we showed up to the address for the parking lot at JFK, the company did not exist. When we called GAP, they said that they were not able to get us a spot at any other parking lots. We had to park at JFK long term parking without a reservation. We paid 4 times what it was supposed to cost us. GAP refused to pay the additional amount even though it was their fault. They did not care at all that we could have missed our flight. They just said that there was nothing that they could do. I will NEVER use them again.

Everything went pretty well. The only problem I had was when I was in the credit card screen I tried to change the arrival time using the “edit” and it kicked me back to the book now screen so I had to start over. Once I made the corrections it went well

reservation process online was good EXCEPT my email receipt DOES NOT list the important info, like dates & times of parking.

I like the shuttle service. What I wasnt satisfied with was the price especially with the amount of days my car will be there. I think if your vehicle is there more than 5 days they should get a discount Lisa Johnson
