BEWARE these thieves! Horrific experience. They emailed me a receipt immediately, but never sent me a "Confirmation Code" that I would need to exit the parking lot. So I was forced to pay again at the lot to be allowed to leave. I did try to email Global Airport Parking, called them, and even sent an Instagram DM before paying a 2nd time to exit, but they didn't pick up the phone or get back in any capacity. Eventually, later, I got someone on the phone after 16 minutes on HOLD, and they said they wouldn't reimburse me, and that I was wrong, but couldn't prove it. Why would I pay twice? THAT, I can prove. So dumb. Avoid them at all costs. My $36 in parking turning into over $80 because of them. And their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever encountered.
Not responded to several complaints made. They broke my car key. Photos supplied. No one answers - very dodgy company
Waited over 1 1/2 hours in the blazing Miami sun at the port for a pick up to go back to the parking garage after a cruise along with several others. Called the shuttle service several times and got a Spanish voice mail. When I called Global they completely disavowed any responsibility. Told me to call the garage which again went to a Spanish message. I paid my money to Global. Seems like they shouldn’t be doing business with this garage. I will not be doing business with Global. This is the 2nd time I got burned by them.
The hotel staff was very attentive..
We showed up at the parking lot to a locked gate with no attendants. Teyed calling Global Airport customer service no awnser after being on hold. Needed to get to the airport so we had to pay to park at a different facility. After getting to our destination I finaly got ahold of Global customer service and they stated they could not issue a refund due to the reservation starting.
It's a Scam! Beware!!! I honestly don't think this company even has a parking lot at all. They take your money, lead you to believe the parking is on the airport premises itself and when you call because you can't find it, they get argumentative and accuse you of not reading your e-mails thoroughly. They don't actually help at all or give you real information. There is never a supervisor to talk to. They refuse to refund your money. It is a total scam!!!!
No shuttle from the airport so we had to take an expensive cab.
Ease of making a reservation. Staff at Embassy Suites were very helpful. Shuttle staff were great to work with & reliable.Parking rates were reasonable.

So easy and convenient
The web site is very easy to use and gives you options to choose from which is good. The prices changed overnight for the parking, but I don't know if that is Global's doing or the parking location.
The app and booking was super easy. The Hilton lot does not have any signs for airport parking. You just park wherever. You also need to go inside and fill out a paper with your car details and print a receipt of your parking paid. The shuttle took a half hour to arrive. Unfortunate that there are these annoying additional steps. Otherwise convenient, savings for airport parking.

It was easy to find places suitable for parking. Unfortunately several of the places did not offer shuttle service to the airport. The prices for parking are reasonable.
Best place to park for access to New Orleans international. Don’t have to fight traffic and the shuttle provides transportation to the airport and back. We’ve parked there numerous times.
