Please avoid booking with with them or from cruiseparking.com. They are same people. I booked my parking reservation with them to go to cruise. When i went to the place (vista parking) to park my car, they said they dont have shuttle to the cruise port. I called them and they said "oh sorry, please find a parking on your own then send us the receipt and we will refund" After having all the hassell and last minute cancellation i am able to find a parking. Because of the last minute booking i have to pay a lot more then what i planned. After i came back, i sent them a receipt and they only refund me the price i booked with them, they did not refund me the price i had to pay because of their cancellation. Bottom line: its very bad experience, dont book with them, they wont take any responsibility and you will end up paying a lot more that what you have planned.
I will never, EVER use Global Airport Parking again!!! I’m back to The Parking Spot, who have NEVER let me down. This service is for parking ONLY, not getting you to the airport!! Their website showed Holiday Inn Express-Grapevine as a "Favorite" & Holiday Inn states the shuttles ARE available. So, I booked their "Favorite" that stated their shuttles were available. BUT NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE IN THE MORINGS!!! The receptionist said they haven’t had a morning shuttle for OVER A MONTH! So, at 5:30am I had to find my own way to the airport! I am 68 years old & have never used Lyft or Uber. Conveniently the receptionist had a card for a service to call for a ride (who is probably making a mint with then NOT providing a shuttle for Global Airport Parking customers). I had to call & use them if I wanted to get to the airport for my flight! Cost of $40 + tip. In the end, it cost me over $32 more by going with Global Airport Parking vs The Parking Spot. Along with the ANXIETY of getting a ride at 5:30am to the airport!! Both Holiday Inn & Global Parking stated the service is for “parking only”, not to get me to the airport. That is just complimentary when available. I THOUGHT I was paying for parking & a ride to the airport. NOT SO WITH GLOBAL!! They provide PARKING only! Again, a service for PARKING only, not getting you to the airport!!
Iwas mislead you have no shuttle service how do I get to the airport at 4am.I want my money back.
Several times I used your service to reserve a parking spot at the Hyatt SFO location; excellent service ALWAYS. This time, my travel plans changed with 2-week's notice, so I needed to cancel my parking reservation that I had pre-paid for. The cancellation was processed easily and quickly. You earned my loyalty years ago, and you continue to do so even now when my trip gets canceled. Many thanks, and keep up the great work!
Made a reservation. Paid for reservation Showed up lot stated they did not have any spots left at that rate Told me to cancel reservation then they could park my car there for $23.00 a day. What a racket! Second time I had problems with fly away at BNA
24 hour service for early or late flights. Drove in, parked, and quickly caught a shuttle. Priced right for long or short trips.
I always use GAP and have always been pleased. It just works. Even when there is another provider that may be $1-2 cheaper, the service with GAP is great. On the rare occasion my plans change, GAP always issues a prompt refund and is flexible. Even one of the lots I have stayed at multiple times told me "we only accept GAP". You cannot go wrong with them.
I routinely use your service. The price is great and the service is excellent. Sometimes I need to make a reservation and then cancel due to personal issues, not due to the service.
Terrible customer service. Refused refund even though the parking service they contracted recommended it and I had written proof.

I was able to get what i needed
I received a call and a message with instructions on how to update my credit card information on the Global Parking website. This is incorrect. There are no options on the Global Parking website to view or change payment options. None, zero options, absolutely nothing. See original post below There is no way to remove a credit card from an account. The web application does not allow the customer to delete a credit card that is no longer in use. Calling customer service unable to help in resolving this issue either. It could be considered a violation of consumer protection laws depending on jurisdiction.
