We could not find the lot we reserved at 5 am in morning in the dark, no clear signage or entrance. We finally gave up and went and paid at a different lot so we didn't miss our flight. Got a huge runaround when we called for refund - told to call lot directly and they could confirm we didn't park there and let Global know. Lot told us there was no way to confirm that and they wouldn't do anything.Ridiculous. AVOID THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from both the company and it's contractor.
The parking facility was fine, no issues there. The issue was with the shuttle. It was supposed to be on the hour, we arrived at the airport well before the 8pm shuttle and texted per instruction. We got no feedback, and after a long wait we finally contacted the help text service who after several message said we would have to wait for the 9pm shuttle. We decided to get an UBER to get us to the garage.
Fairly easy, for handicapped it can be difficult to carry bags and walk to the front for shuttle. Would suggest having closer spots for us.
It was easy to navigate and purchase a parking spot.
