Feel cautious and misled as to the parking reservation at the Pullman Hotel instead of a parking only facility. Even the address for the location on the receipt is INCORRECT. Called the number for verification and real address.
Booking for cruise parking in Miami. It was easy and simple to book for my cruise parking. Inside parking and very close to the cruise dock. I have used this company before and was pleased.

I drove 2 hours to Orlando Airport on December 28th and when arrived to global parking facility(around 3am) it was full and they sent me to a nearby lot that was also full and very disorganized. Just one person running the parking and there were dozens of families locking for a parking spot and a huge line of families waiting for a shuttle by the road under the rain. I decided to go and park in the airport so I wouldn't lose my flight and when call for a refund they said no. The stuff was rude and it was a very bad experience. I will not recommend this parking to anyone.

HORRIBLE experience! I use park n ride shuttles in other cities all the time. Tried using this company while in Nashville and had the worst experience. EXTREMELY SLOW because they go to 7 hotels!!! And the front desk attendant at the hotel kept saying the shuttle was here or minutes away but I waited over 20 minutes. Do NOT recommend!
Canceling my parking reservation through Glibal Airport Parking was very easy and my refund will be made in the near future. We always use them and they have always been great.

I would not recommend global to handle parking details because when I called to cancel no one picked up before starting parking time and details till later on that day no refund to there negligence do not call this place for parking details
GAP2563691 when I arrived at the airport after a red eye flight my car was running near the exit gate. I got in it and drove approximately hour and a half before I realized I did not have the key fob. We made it home which was 2 hours away and I called and asked if I could have the key fob mailed. I offered to pay for postage and for anytime that they would spend doing so. I was told absolutely not and I would have to drive 2 hours back to Newark to get my key fob. I feel I should have been advised to go into the shop to get my key fob upon arrival at the airport or that they should have been willing to mail it to me. They should make customers aware that they need to go inside if their cars are running and ready to leave the facility. I had prepaid.
