What a great company I ordered the wrong glass blocks as I’d wanted them for crafting . Jack had noticed that I had asked about crafting blocks so instead of just sending me the wrong ones he emailed me and asked if it was right . It’s such a good job he noticed saved me from buying the wrong ones. Great customer service so polite and a great company , will definitely use again and would recommend!.
First purchase. Bought some craft glass blocks. Quick delivery and well packaged but unfortunately one of the blocks was smashed (more to do with the courier dropping the box a bit to heavily). Emailed the next morning and sent photos of the damaged block. Got a reply virtually straight away and a replacement was sent out the same day. Again the courier was a bit of a let down. Said they’d attempted delivery the next day when in fact they didn’t but that’s another story. Excellent service from Glass Blocks Direct and will be using again.
