I contacted Gizmogul and they made the whole process of selling my phone to them easy and almost effortless. I was just asked questions about the make of my phone and condition, they sent me an envelope and all I had to do was drop it in the mail. They contacted me by email they had received it, the technician's were looking it over and about 2 weeks later they sent me another email saying a check was in the mail. The whole process took about 3 weeks and the price was very fair. They were very friendly and answered my emails quickly. Would sell to them again!!

I read a lot of reviews and was scared to try Gizmogul. I did a live chat with Claudia (we both have the same name!) and told her my concerns. She was extremely helpful! I felt so much better about the whole process and decided to sell my phone. The quote that I was offered is exactly what I got! She was with me from the beginning till the end! My check did get lost in the mail but I informed Claudia and she was able to send me a check overnight! I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again!

Honestly, i was a little skeptical at first.
