Great communication and they did exactly what they said they would do. I had a bit of concern when the check was not received for some time after they said they sent it. I contacted gizmogul and they overnighted me another check. The next day I received both checks. The tardiness of the first check was clearly the fault of the post office ( it was postmarked exactly when they said they sent it) I was impressed with how quickly they fixed a problem that was not their fault.

I reviewed all information with a representative and received honest and professional feedback. I received the mailer as promised and my check followed very shortly, also as promised. All in all it was a very good experience. I would contact gizmogul again, if needed and I have recommended gizmogul to friends and family.

I've sold a few of my old Apple products to Gizmogul and they always pay great (considering that alternatively I would have just let them sit in a junk drawer until I threw them out one day). Now I am a few hundred dollars richer and feel great knowing that these electronics were responsibly recycled as well! I will definitely continue to use Gizmogul in the future!

Easy to work with. Just clicked on "Chat" because I had questions, and had a pleasant detailed conversation with a customer service guy. Gave me all the info, sent me the prepaid envelope and sent mw the check.

I am very impressed with Gizmogul. The customer service exceeded my expectation. My original quote was incorrect because I had entered that my phone was unlocked instead of Verizon. When I contacted customer service Artur responded very quickly and assured me I would receive the higher amount. I needed to contact Artur again during the process and he again responded immediately. I just received my check and sure enough Artur had taken care of it - it was for the higher amount. I won't hesitate to use Gizmogul again.
