On our recent move we used Gibbs, they were extremely professional and courteous. They accommodated our needs during the Covid Pandemic and they worked quickly and efficiently. When the inevitable issues with moving in a chain cropped up they resolved the issues quickly with minimal fuss. All in all extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

Just want to thank Gibbs Removal LTD and the team who supported our second move in 9 months from a rented house to our new home. Great co-ordination by Shelly and Rob who ensured everything was in place for the move and fantastic teamwork by Lee, Anthony and Ricky on the day.

Absolutely brilliant guys that delivered my bedroom set - got a very big wardrobe up my very awkward stairs. Both were very friendly and very respectful, I cannot fault this service at all.

We have nothing but praise. Right from the quote to the final item put in the house. When the date got moved and thought we were messing people around Shelley put our minds at rest saying it happens often. On the day the guys did a brilliant job. They were reassuring, friendly, fast and efficient. We are still amazed how they worked out how to get the wardrobe down the stairs. Even when we got to the new house and they were still packing they were not fazed and told us not to worry. The only regret I have is that we wish the people we brought the house from had used them as we would have got in much earlier. It was a stressful few months but the move went so well. Thanks once again and will definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Booking was very easy and straightforward. They turned up on time, were friendly and polite and worked so hard all day. They were extremely careful and respectful with all our belongings. Very reasonably priced too. We're hoping never to move again, but if we do we wouldn't hesitate to use Gibbs.

From quote to items being in the storage unit I was impressed. Originally booked for midday but as they had a cancellation advised they could come early. Instead they were finished by 12.15 which really helped me. The lads that came listened to everything I said was and wasn’t going. They were methodical in the loading, unloading and stacking in storage. Very pleased with the service.

Gibbs Removals were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Shelly was friendly, approachable and made the booking in and packing really easy. From the quote all the way through to the end, everyone involved was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they even suggested a way to set out our lounge, then moved it around accordingly and it is brilliant. The guys were careful moving everything and put everything where we wanted it. Couldn't have ask for better!

I can not recommend these guys enough, they picked up and delivered a table and dining room chair set for me from a charity shop. Very professional, very well mannered and I will be using them again. Thanks!

I couldn’t recommend Gibbs removal services enough! After a short notice move, Robbie helped me every step of the way by getting something in place to help... On removal day the lads went out of their way to help me... nothing was to much to make things run as smoothly as possible... If we was to move again, I’d be straight on tough with Robbie and the rest of the team! Keep up the good work guys!

AVOID this company. They moved my family and I and even though a quote had been agreed previously, they changed their minds and demanded more money. They came across very threatening and followed me to a cash point when my other half had gone back to the previous property and it was just me and my small child at the new house. Everything was damaged during transportation, it had clearly not been secured properly and they refused to do anything but dump every box in the living room blocking off access to the other rooms and stairs.

We had the utmost pleasure of using Gibbs Removals this week. All I can say is Please give them a chance to quote, and you will see that you have agreed to an awesome move. Firstly, we had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Shelley. She was very professional, and gave us a very competitive quote. She knows her stuff! When the guys arrived, they all introduced themselves and shook our hands, they were all smartly dressed, and an absolutely amazing group of guys. They arrived on time, and knew exactly what they were doing, they are really funny too, so you're in for a great experience. We met the lovely Robbie, (Thanks for popping in) only Joking Robbie. Please give them a chance, you certainly will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the team, we are happily settling in now.

I am so impressed with Gibbs removal and cannot recommend them highly enough. From my first call they were helpful and attentive. Within a few hours Shelly was round to quote and was friendly, informative and professional. I received the quote the same day which was a fantastic price and booked straight away. They communicated really well throughout and accommodated our needs. On moving the day the van was there on time and they started work straight away. They were super fast and efficient and worked so hard, they literally did not stop. They worked methodically and knew exactly what they were doing. It was exactly the same at the other end too. They were all polite, chatty and very personable, a real great bunch of people that worked hard and completely respectful of our new home and belongings.
