I live something of a nomadic lifestyle and needed an address to receive important letters. Ghost Mail offered just what I needed. The mailbox was quick to setup, and was more affordable than alternative options I had looked at. There are no hidden costs and I like the way I can read mail via scans without the need for forwarding. Recommended!

This is my second review. The first one was just after I completed the registration. After two weeks have passed and after receiving letters from both HMRC (UTR) and Companies House (Authentication Code), I may say that I experienced first end the professionalism of Ghost Mail. So far I am more than satisfied by their seriousness. At first I was a bit worried but now I feel that they are really trustworthy when dealing with confidential matters and I also like the quality of their scans !! 👍

I was pleased to use this service but I keep getting letters for more money for services I said I didn't require. I paid one bill but still keep getting bill's for the same amount of money, but I have not received the mail they said was waiting for me. It is very annoying

Unprofessional office staff. Answer the phone “Hello”. Take days and days to respond to email enquiries, when they do, it often leads to another question to wait more days for another response. My review has been verified by TrustPilot, so it’s not a fake as you have implied. So unfortunately it looks like you’re upsetting more customers that you realise.
Briefly said: I evaluated several service providers. Ghost Mail was straight forward, friendly, clear, a reasonable proce and no fuss. Highly recommended!
