I have a product missing from my parcel. It's been a week and still no one had contacted me
Order not delivered, waiting a couple of extra days, messaged customer services and still nothing, no order, no explanation. If you have an on-line sales model, no dispatch, no response to follow ups is a big fail. They say don't send multiple emails for the same enquiry, I'd settle for a single follow up. Other online retailers much better, avoid

More than two weeks since I ordered and my item still hasn’t arrived.The tracking information has been anything but informative. I’ve emailed customer services three times but no reply. Pretty poor all round :(

I have not received my order yet due on 15th February.
The communication about delivery times is efficient and instructions followed. I have given 3 stars as I want to return a large item and there is no return service and it will be at my own cost. I know this is clear when ordering but I expected to have more help not to have to arrange and pay for everything about the return. This will stop me ordering again.

Love the galvanised waterbutt but there was a small dent in the lid but I couldn’t be bothered to return it. The delivery took a long time and I had some odd and misleading delivery information emails. Hose very good and a fair price.

Furniture fab. Delivery fast and efficient
The large mirror I ordered came smashed to pieces. The packaging was completely inadequate which was surprising as everything else I ordered was beautifully packaged. I did pay £15 postage so expected a better quality of service. However, when I phoned to complain the customer services lady was very helpful.
Not received items ordered and not had response yet I as to why I haven’t received it !
Items are nice, some very expensive and only viable during sale time for me. However I love their range of products . Delivery is slow at times but Customer service is brilliant!
