I needed to call customer service to cancel a portion of my order I had on hold as I was gifted the same item by a loved one. The customer service agent was polite and understanding. she was able to cancel the item and offered me either a refund to my original payment or store credit. since I was completing another order I asked for store credit. This call was quick and took no longer than 10 minutes.
