Easy to order promt delivery
I received my order quickly and wrapped well. Unfortunately the FedEx dropped the box on the corner denting one of the games I had purchased. As an OCD game collector I was sad to see that. I reached out to Game Nerdz and told them I understood that it was not their fault that FedEx had dropped it. Game Nerdz understood that it was not their fault but decided that they would take care of me and replaced the game and sent a return label to send the damaged game back to them. They were friendly and quick to respond, and very helpful in a noncritical situation. All would've been well if they did nothing. They went above and beyond in their customer service.

Placed an order, Immediately cancelled it after I realized it was the wrong item. The email associated with their PayPal account “for refunds” is an unmonitored email is what I was told and I should I have instead looked through their website for the right one. Instead of the one directly tied to my receipt. Go figure. Product got shipped anyways, because of the unmonitored email they have tied to their “refund request” PayPal. They sent it. Sure ok I’ll just return it… Didn’t expect a package and it got sniped off my porch since I didn’t get an alert for drop off, the use of my ring doorbell or anything. They told me it was my problem and to call the police like wtf are they gonna do. After a few back and forth emails I got quoted policy that once the package enters carrier custody i except full responsibility. Now I have no package. Out 200$ and basically being told to get bent. After numerous purchases in the hundreds of dollars per order without ever facing an issue. I’m getting told “damn that sucks, sorry but it’s on our policy, that must be frustrating”. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service that I actually really loved before this moment. Go to miniature market or gamers guild for a better experience. Thanks for nothing Game Nerdz. Last dollar yall get off me. Really loved your service but this is unforgivable. Edit: thank you for responding, but this was almost verbatim what I was told previously in email. This is basically a lot of words just stating “sorry for your frustration, we will contact the courier, don’t hold you breath.” Still out 200 dollars with no item in hand to even return or resell. I’m glad it’s valuable feedback for your team but as a frequent customer it’s pretty invaluable and an empty statement for me that gives the appearance of being productive while no real action is probably going to happen from this. The only point of feedback I want is a solution to make this right or give me back my money back. Other than that fix your PayPal refunds email. If it’s what you reference in PayPal why would someone look somewhere else.
