My most recent experience with Game Nerdz was regarding a pre-ordered game. It had begun appearing in local game stores and I was concerned about it not having been sent out. An enquiry was promptly answered, revealing that the publisher was rolling out its release rather than sending it out all at once. Gamenerdz is the best!

I preordered Tales of the Arthurian Knights all the way back on June 7th, which wasn't set to start delivering until the November timeframe. It took a while for WizKids to fulfill their own preorders and send them out to sellers like GameNerdz, but in the beginning of January, I finally got the shipping notice, and a few days later I had the product. It was packaged very well with no dings or dents and was in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from GameNerdz again (as I have in the past).

They have a vast catalogue and were really quick to get my order fulfilled. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Game came slightly damaged and customer support was fantastic and offered an account credit for a future purchase. Very pleased!

GameNerdz has a huge problem of using oversized boxes and way too much bubble wrap. This is unnecessary and although it does not cause issues for people inside the USA, it increases costs for orders outside of USA and customs by a lot due to unnecessary size. They have a very good On Hold feature or option but what is not good is that any address change needs to be done by email and cannot be done self served on the user account.

The checkout process is really fast, and I really applaud you guys for doing order caps on high traffic products like these. We need more stores like you. Appreciate you guys.

My pre-order of 4 Prismatic Evolutions ETBs arrived well packaged and bubble wrap was set on all four sides of the shipping box. All of the ETBs arrived in excellent condition. Most importantly my pre-order was NOT cancelled, while other online stores cancelled pre-orders and relisted at a higher price. Highly recommend pre-ordering at this site for future releases!!
