I was notified that the game I purchased for my son and his family (Harmonies) was shipped January 20. It still had not arrived by today, February 3. I tried tracking it from your site, but no information appeared. Today I called and was told by the agent that it seemed to be “lost in transit.” Was surprised your site did not initiate a follow up when the package was not delivered in a timely manner. The agent I spoke to said another game would be shipped tomorrow, and I can only hope my family receives it.
