I began my seamoss journey with Gaia but decided to try another brand for no other reason other than they had an offer. Big mistake, I swiftly went back to buying Gaia. It it easy to prepare and the consistency of the gel I make is smooth (the other brand was very grainy). Always happy with Gaia, well packaged and delivered very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Always on time. Set up a subscription with them. One of the times DPD messed up the delivery & so the sea moss went off. They were very helpful & sorted everything & even gave me an extra jar for the inconvenience. Lovely people. Lovely service!
I did not receive my order. Order was placed, sent out by dpd, no delivery attempted, parcel sent back to shop, no correspondence from shop

Good afternoon Simon, Thank you for your email and recent order with us. DPD tried to delivery the order at 12.21pm 18th June 2021 and again on the 19th June at 8.58am 2021. A text and email was also sent to advise you on the delivery details. DPD tries to deliver twice then it gets sent back to us and we then disregard it. Warm regards
