My Sea Moss gel arrived 2 days after ordering. Excellent service and excellent quality products. I recommend putting 2 tbs into a glass of hot water to dissolve it and then add teaspoon of honey and squeeze of lemon. I’ve been having this for 4 days now and feel much more alert. I’ve placed my second order now and will definitely continue ordering. Highly recommend
