I realised that I had made an error with the order and when I rang to see what could be done, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and was able to rectify my mistake quickly and easily. Although one of the items I had ordered wasn't in stock, the other three items arrived the next day in perfect order. I'm still waiting for the fourth item, but at least I know what it will arrive in due course.

We've just moved house and we wanted to change all the door hinges as whoever made the cut outs for the hinges made a mess of the doors. We needed larger slim leaf hinges so I ordered some to see what quality they are and they are perfect, super quality and look really good fitted. I am going to order more today to replace all the other hinges in our house.
