A great easy to use site although possible need to review their approach to postage. Ended up paying nearly £5 for something that could have been sent standard post for a £1. However understand it’s not as forward as that.

Lightning fast delivery.
Ordered a sliding door kit. Delivery time was excellent within a few days. Booked the builder to come and install the door and after a few minutes of putting the frame together the builder said the parts were wrong and could not continue. So not only door I have the hassle of getting the correct parts, I also have to pay the builder for the abortive visit and wait another month for the builder to come back and fit the door. Telephoned GJ John (it is a Saturday) and they are closed for the weekend. I recommend checking the the parts which should be done before delivery as part of the company's QA procedure but I guess this is too difficult. I will look elsewhere before ordering again. Update, Jeremy telephoned after I had submitted my review explaining that our builder might be trying to fit the parts incorrectly. Having listened to Jeremy our builder had not noticed the same part went one way on one side and the opposite way on the other side. I have therefore revised my feedback and given 5 stars. The quality of the product is excellent so is the service for taking time to contact me out of hours. Thank you Jeremy.
