I ordered the handles for the pocket doors. They were good quality ones. I called them for the invoice and the staff/manager was very friendly and sent it straight away. When I ordered for the 2nd time, they sent the invoice even though I did not request yet. Kevin remembered what the customer needed and was very impressed by their professionalism.
