Someone answered the phone immediately both times I called, then they called me when the order was out for delivery. The two men who delivered took the heavy item upstairs even though they said they weren't meant to. Everything was very well packed and the price was the best I saw.

I had my Dylan teal sofa delivered this morning and from start to finish the service has been impeccable! They delivered as said in the morning… 9am! And even out in the room I wanted it placed it. The product is stunning and I’m over the moon…. Kids are not allowed near it ;) Great communication, product and price! Thank you

The wardrobe arrived carefully packed and complete on time, which is very important. I am pleased with the cooperation with the company.

I phone beforehand to check delivery would be before Christmas and they confirmed. Provided me with a product i had been looking at elsewhere, with more than a £300 discount. Delivery was good, was able to track where the driver was and plan their arrival without having to stay in for hours.

Fantastic prices, and delivery was ahead of quoted timescales of 2-3 weeks. Would have appreciated some more communication & more advanced notice of delivery (1 day notice), however the delivery on the day went smoothly & the driver called 45 minutes before to confirm delivery.
