I placed an order for a teepee and pillows on the 27th April. The order was apparently shipped but I followed up on the 10th May and was told it would arrive by the 19th. The tracking information provided then showed that it had been delivered on the 13th which was not accurate. I followed up again and was sent new tracking information along with a message that the item was “still on its way and would be delivered this week”. On the 19th May, the tracking information showed that the items had been “returned to sender”. Aneta informed me on the 22nd that she was following up with the courier as there was some mistake. She said “As soon as I receive an answer, I will get back to you with information.” I’ve since emailed three times and as of June 4th have had no further replies or communication of any kind.
We bought a teepee with mat and cushions for our granddaughter. It arrived 2 weeks after ordering and we were kept informed at every stage of its journey to us. The quality of the product is excellent and it looks every bit as good as in the pictures. It was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. We would certainly purchase from this company again
