Ich bin unzufrieden mit der Decke. Leider kein reichverschlüss zum abnehmen dazu viel zu klein für den Preis. Am meisten hat mich verärgert das ich nicht das Muster bekommen konnte was ich bestellte hatte. Gerne würde ich die Decke am liebsten zurückgeben. Schön sind die Bettlacken.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben ein Tipi bestellt, der Versand ging ruckzuck. Wir wurden immer auf dem laufenden gehalten. Das Tipi ist qualitativ super und total schön! Unsere Tochter liebt es. 5 von 5 Sterne.

Top! Von der Online Präsentation des Tipi’s, der Beschreibung und ansprechenden Darstellung inkl. der Fotos, bis zum Bestellvorgang und Zahlung bin ich begeistert. Sehr kundenfreundlich und gut aufgebaut. Die Kommunikation klappte auch einwandfrei. Ich schickte dieses Tipi an meine Nichte in eine andere Stadt in Deutschland und auch das klappte einwandfrei. Innerhalb von sieben Tagen war meine Bestellung vor Ort. Sehr gut verpackt und im einwandfreien Zustand. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder kaufen. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und der Preis absolut akzeptabel. Ein gutes Beispiel wie ein online Service auch funktionieren kann. Ich bin begeistert. Danke!

Gute Qualität, schnelle Lieferung

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The worst service experience I had in a long time. The company took more than a month to deliver my item, and didn’t keep us informed of anything. The courier didn’t give any notification of when we would receive the item and attempted to deliver twice during half term week, so we wasn’t at home. Now that we are asking for refund, considering everything and the fact that we still don’t have the item, the company is asking us to pay for the return of the item in order for us to get our money back. The worst part is having to hear from the company that I should have been waiting at home for my item. My response was, I would if I was kept informed about when this would be delivered. Terrible service.

Satisfait. Cependant, les explications pour le montage ne sont pas assez détaillées pour parvenir à attacher correctement les 4 bâtons ensemble. Une des ficelles à craquer. Les tubes en métal n’entraient pas dans les bâtons alors j’ai remplacé les tubes par du scotch pour fil électrique afin que ça tienne correctement et pour que la coupe du bois n’abîme pas la toile au moment d’insérer les bâtons. Ma fille est très contente. Les accessoires sont de très bonne qualité. Merci bcp.

I placed an order with them on 23 August 2023. The next day they contacted me to say that the colour I chose was not available and gave me the option to change colour or wait 10 days for the colour I chose to become available. I asked them to cancel the order as I wasn't happy with either of the options. They did not cancel the order and did not reply to my email at all. I had to travel unexpectedly and couldn't chase this straight away. When I returned on 5 September I emailed them again to chase this order and they said the colour I wanted was available for shipping next day. I agreed to shipment as it seemed the only option at the time, thinking since it was not cancelled when I asked for it, placing a new order with any other company would be the same waiting time at that point. By 11 Sept I had not received anything and chased it again. I was told estimated delivery was 18 to 20 Sept. I received the item 19th September. I wish they had respected the customers wish to cancel the order at the first place since they were unable to deliver instead of just ignoring it. I waited 4 weeks to receive my order and the item does not make it worth the wait really. Its a cotbed bumper that is very thin and does not stay in place. I ended up ordering a new item within the UK with next day delivery that is much better. I surely do not recommend this company and won't be purchasing again in the future. They wasted my time and money.

Tout est parfait. La livraison est rapide. Le tipi est vraiment très joli et de bonne qualité. Je suis agréablement surprise. Super cadeau pour l’anniversaire de ma fille. Vous pouvez allez les yeux fermés !

Le tissus a changé par rapport aux commandes précédentes. Il n'y a plus la douceur et la petite étiquette que mon fils aimait tant. Et je suis bien embêtée car on a déjà perdu deux doudous, et on ne peux plus les racheter à l'identique.

I feel terrible about writing a bad review for what is obviously a small business, but my tent arrived very faulty. The poles simply did not go together, it was quite tricky to follow the instructions, although I did get there in the end (making do with the poles not fitting together so it’s not that stable) and there was a big tear inside the flap of the tent on arrival. I reported this all to the customer service team who were frankly exceptionally rude. After four weeks and photos and emails, they have told me that my only option is to pay to have the product to return to Poland, which is obviously very expensive. As I said they were horribly rude and treated me as if I was somehow trying to scam them, I would definitely not recommend buying from these guys.
