Une catastrophe. Commandée passée le 13 juin. Je viens d'apprendre que le colis partira "normalement" de l entrepôt en Pologne le 25 juin!!! Sur leur site, ils promettent et mettent un point d'honneur à envoyer sous 3 jours. Oui y a le covid, oui y a des jours fériés en Pologne mais on a largement dépassé le délai. Et quand on leur signale, ils répondent ok et bonne journée. J'ai demandé le remboursement des frais de livraison, je crois que je peux toujours attendre. Une honte!!!! Si il est bien envoyé le 25/06, on rajoute 7-9 jours de trajet. J'espère que la qualité va suivre car on attend notre produit comme le petit Jesus!

Ordered a few things for my daughters 1st birthday, i am over the moon with the quality of the products love them. Will definitely be buying form here again

Took 6 weeks to arrive and I chased up twice The poles that connect were not cut to size correctly so they didn’t join exactly The material is like a bed sheet, cotton but I expected thicker The stitching came loose in two places important for the teepee to hold straight on the poles Instructions photocopied and faded text I have emailed the company with these points and they haven’t responded or apologised Sadly my 3 year old wanted this so badly I. annoy return it otherwise he’d be uoset. Normally I would throw this straight back in the box and return for refund although on Instagram, the reviews similar to mine, have also kept their teepees because afraid a refund won’t be given due to ooor customer service

J'ai commandé un tipi pour un petit garçon d'un an, avec le tapis et les coussins. Les couleurs sont magnifiques (jaune et gris), le tapis est bien épais pour le confort et la sécurité de l'enfant. Tres beau produit

The customer care from fun with mum in my opinion could be better, there is no phone number to discuss any problems or in my case the wrong parts that were sent out With my teepee, you have an email Address and live chat On the website. However the live chat option stated that it was Not available, so I had to send an email. Their response was fairly quick (credit where it’s due) although it was to the point and not particularly apologetic, I found them a bit blunt and lacking in customer care. I was disappointed that after waiting 10-12 days for my initial teepee delivery, the wrong parts had been sent out which was rather disappointing as it was a birthday present for my grandsons first birthday. This was communicated to fun with mum and It was rectified immediately and a new part sent out (again credit where it’s due) but they weren’t particularly bothered that it had caused any disappointment. So another 10-12 days later the right part arrived the teepee was ready to build. My son and his fiancé found the instructions Very basic and extremely difficult, the video even after watching it several times was not particularly helpful either. The teepee sags in the middle on one side (looks as though material is too big, the poles are stretched out adequately so doesn’t seem to be a placing of poles issue. However they did watch several you tube reviews and re-erected the teepee numerous times over a two day period and yet it still sagged in the middle, they certainly tried to rectify the problem before getting in touch with fun with mum) So once again I communicated this via email and got a very blunt response In return, “fill in the returns form and send it back” (at the additional cost of the customer Might I add). I decided not to do for two reasons, the first because I was concerned about a previous review stating they struggled to get a refund and My personal thoughts of which I had no guarantee that a refund would actually be issued once they had recieved it back Or how long this would take! secondly because my grandson saw the teepee and despite its flaws he loved it. My daughter in law said she loves the print on the fabric so it’s generally a nice item, I just wish their Attention to detail and customer care would reflect this.

Wish I’d discovered this company sooner ! Love all the different designs and size choices . Will definitely recommend. So pleased with quilt I chose for my daughter . It’s so soft and washed up beautifully too . Thank you very much .

Exactly what I was after, I imagined it a little taller but after putting everything in it that was needed it actually perfect size! Debated the price to start with but I love it for my son 🥰 thank you.
