Leider war die Ware, anders als auf der Homepage gepostet, nicht vorrätig. Etwa 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung erhielt ich auf Nachfrage die Nachricht, das die gewünschte Stofffarbe erst in zwei Wochen geliefert würde. Zuvor hatte ich schon einmal nach der Bestellung gefragt, und die Information erhalten, dass sie in den nächsten Tagen verschickt wird. In der Kontaktaufnahme gab es keine Probleme, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Trotzdem, leider enttäuschend.

I’m very happy and impressed with my order . The parcel came early them was supposed.

I bought a tent from FWM but 3 of the 4 poles are faulty and all split down the side, the tent collapsed on my daughter. I contacted them to get replacement poles and they are refusing to send them free of charge as we are outside the 30 day money back guarantee, which would be in the case of me changing my mind, not faulty goods. The ensuing discussion with their customer service agent was awful and they accused me of setting it up wrong. I have photos which clearly show the poor quality and am hugely disappointed given the cost of the tent. I do not recommend them at all. You will get a better service elsewhere. I will of course be taking this up with Trading Standards.

I ordered a teepee with a floor mat for my granddaughter. I am delighted with it. The fabric is excellent quality and it is very well made. I was kept in touch by the company regarding delivery time Would definitely recommend *****

Bought a teepee for our daughter for her first birthday, I currently love it more than she does :D lovely teepee and great size. I thought the sides would be a bit tighter as they just hang, but it is still great. Easy to fold away and move if needed too. The cushions that it comes with are a bit small, would recommend a minimum of 3 as we only bought 2. Great place to sit with your little one for story time and glad that she will grow and be able to make it her own little den as she gets bigger.

Je suis ravie de l'achat du tipi de mon fils sur funwithmum, commande très vite traitée et soigneusement envoyée dans un temps record!! Le tipi est vraiment trop joli et de bonne qualité je vous le recommande.
