My dealings with Fundbox started slowly. I was not approved quickly as advertised and part of the reason was a lack of understanding regarding my business. Bracken, my initial contact, took the additional information and I was approved 2 days later. I appreciate his resolve to get this done for me. After being approved, I was transferred to Tiffany, the account specialist. My conversation with her, as it was with Bracken, was professional, personable and polite (PPP).
