I regret using Freesmo. They completely ignore emails and WhatsApp messages, making it impossible to get any support. I was promised an Amazon voucher, but it has never arrived, and at this point, I don’t think I’ll ever receive it. It feels like they have no intention of honoring their offers. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend. UPDATE : Freesmo contacted me giving me the voucher and apologized. Although it was hard to reach them myself, I appreciate them contacting me and resolving the issue.

Order placed on 7th January, still not received Amazon voucher as per the offer supposed to be 5 working days. Contacted customer services, they sorted the issue and gave me store credit as compensation. Quick delivery on products.

I originally signed up due to the amazon gift card offer, it was too good to miss out on! I have stayed as a paying customer as the site is competitively priced and offers me a % back on orders so basically im getting a free vape after a few orders! I did have an issue where emails wasn't being replied too but this was addressed through live chat and my problem solved! Thanks again.

I'm one to leave a negative review the second a company that is legitimate doesn't play by my rules, however Freesmo has been perfect. My offer was for the £20 amazon gift card, well I made the order Friday, my vapes arrived Monday, and my amazon gift card was sent to me an hour ago. What more could you possibly want?

Like many others I was drawn in by the £20 Amazon voucher offer, however after nearly a month of waiting, and an unanswered email regarding this I can't in good faith recommend this company. Two hours after leaving this review they've started calling me from private numbers, very unprofessional in my opinion.

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the freesmo team, they confirmed that evri had lost my parcel. Fully refunded and give me credit for the website, As well as an Amazon gift card of £20 which arrived within 1 hour. I changed my original star rating of 1 star to 5 star based on : the fault was with evri for losing my parcel. It was a likely a very busy Xmas period for this company. And finally what they have given me has made me realise that they are great in customer satisfaction. Evri lost my parcel. I’ve tried contacting these but seems nobody works there as I never have an answer. My parcel lost since 12/12/24 no customer service help.

I got an ad on Facebook and I never usually follow them but for some reason I did and I’m so happy I did! Without a doubt this site is the best resource for someone looking to stop smoking or vaping. My own personal journey is quitting vaping (after 12 years) so I’m currently exploring nicotine strips and pouches and it’s working really well. The site is easy to navigate and I feel like the buy in on me as a customer is great - I’ve told so many people about Freesmo, even the free shipping on every order is such an impressive selling point. So, where to start… I was very apprehensive giving my personal details out, it seemed too good to be true! BUT They met every expectation I had. Usually, brits are quite up their own bottoms, expecting things for nothing, and very quick to slate when things don’t go their way, myself included sometimes, so shame on all you who wrote bad reviews. My order came within 24hrs, my recommend a friend credit was received and my Amazon voucher sent and redeemed successfully. The prices of their products are very cheap, and delivery is free. The vapes had long use by dates and were genuine products. I am pleased to see the referral was changed to a lower amount because it would not be sustainable paying £40 plus when people spend just a fiver, and delivery must cost the company a few quid… So I hope Freesmo continue to thrive and people’s loyalty remain like mine will. The customer support was fantastic too, always responding within a few hours, politely and professionally. A huge thanks to all at Freesmo

Placed my order on the 7th and received on the 10th of January. Did contact customer service as didn’t receive the Amazon voucher within 5 business days but got a phone call from a gentleman who resolved this for me quickly and got the Amazon vouchers sent to me. Thank you and I will be using again due to the fast delivery of vape liquids.

Order and received however Amazon voucher not received. I’ve emailed them they wrote an automated reply without addressing the issue, doubt I’ll ever get the Amazon voucher, avoid at all costs as company does not fulfil promises.

I ordered a bottle of vape juice and it never arrived. This was sorted out by customer service and they sent a replacement order, this is why I am editing this review. Also got the amazon voucher that was part of the promotion ok.

I was enticed into buying from this website for the promise of a £20 Amazon voucher on my first order over £5. Placed my order last Sunday (5th) order came next day which was lovely. I had high hopes for this company and was going to recommend them to my friends etc. But I’m still waiting for my voucher, it has been 5 business days with no response from Freesmo when I tried to contact them. Will change this review based on whether or not I get my voucher as it may just be taking its time but not holding high hopes! EDIT : Voucher received after review made on here, rating updated.
