After what I thought was an amazing offer with a company who seemed quite reputable, I am saddened by the disappointment I have faced. I recommended a LOT of people via this due to having a fairly good social media following, as well as knowing a fair amount of people who could have benefited from it. At first the credits were going on ok then they just seemed to stop! I have tried to contact several times... The phone lines say that the person prefers to be contacted via WhatsApp which I have done but again without any reply! I know I have had more people go via my referral than what I have been credited for, therefore to me it seems the company are dangling a carrot in front to get people to being to refer people.. they then credit selected amounts (but not all) to the wallet and then it ceases. I have also not received my full order! I got my first initial order, but then nothing since. I have tried multiple times to chase up over this, and expect/respect that it's been holiday period however now with the date being what it is, I feel the company can no longer use this as a justified excuse as to 1) my order in which I paid for hasn't arrived, and 2) why I am no longer receiving credit for people I refer. This is so disappointing as I thought the company was a great idea, as well as great in the way that it encourages people to switch from smoking to non combustion, however I also feel that delivering of said promises and especially orders in which have been paid for is not a luxury but rather a necessity on behalf of the company. Shame, really is a shame as until this I would have given 5* but this and the lack of ability to resolve as can not get in touch with anyone simply lowers the score dramatically! Update as of 23/01/2025 I can honestly say that maybe I was a little too hasty on the first review... this was out of my pent up frustration of lack of response more than anything else if being honest. Since then I can confirm that they have in fact honoured the credit agreements and also done their up most to make things better and rectify anything that was causing any problems or concerns. I would say that I would definitely recommend them, as although having the issues mentioned above since then they have gone above and beyond to make my experience a lot more smoother and satisfying. I believe that anyone can make mistakes but it's how they go about rectifying them that counts and I have to say this company although wasn't smooth sailing at first, have been more than satisfactory after. Thank you Freesmo I do appreciate it and would/will/have recommend you to others.
Ordered on 21st December on the promise I would receive a £20 Amazon voucher on my first order. The initial email said it would arrive in 2 days, a week later I queried this and was told 5 working days. 06/01 still not received. Have had a couple of emails fobbing me off. Won't bother ordering again as don't trust them

And for me it's the gift card I was after, so happy days. Insane offer, I was also recommended from a friend so that should be another £20 credit appearing in due course. Ordered on 21st December in time for the Royal Mail cut off for pre-Christmas delivery of Tracked 24 orders. Got an email confirmation, website said dispatched within a few days. A few days later the website no longer said dispatched but "charged". Yesterday my order arrived by Evri but I'd had no prior notification about order dispatch or tracking details from Freesmo and you can't see it through your account on their website. Their website still just says "charged". I'm still waiting for my Amazon voucher. People who ordered days after me have received theirs. This is a pretty disorganised company. Clearly there have been delays caused by high demand and the time of year, so I'm not going to show a total lack of understanding and give them one star. However, the total lack of communication regarding my order beyond the initial confirmation, and the lack of any attempt from them to contact new customers about delays to their voucher is inexcusable, so I think three stars is fair.
Great site and great vapes the people claiming this is a scam are liars, I’ve been using this site for 2 weeks now and confidently say it’s legit! I’ve had no problems with any of my orders they’ve all arrived next day, I signed up initially after seeing the offer “spend £5, get £20 Amazon voucher” I was wary at first but I gave it a chance anyway, I placed the order and within an hour I received an email with the Amazon voucher code!! Not only that I’ve invited a good 15-20 people now as they’ve got a promotion where you receive £20 credit both the invitee and referrer receive this that’s over £300 I’ve had just from doing this!! Unbelievable.

I think people are too quick to judge here with a new company. My order has taken a week to complete from Sunday to Sunday between Christmas. I was not expecting this to come next day due to that. But hats off to FREESMO I received my Amazon voucher and my order. Will definitely be using again

**UPDATE*** Quick response from the company and very helpful. I have received my tracking numbers and they stated again it is due to the Christmas rush which is understandable. I placed an order on the 22nd Dec. I definitely wasn't expecting my order to arrive anytime soon as it's just how it goes this time of year. It's the information on the website that has me worried. It said dispatched for a few days. Now it says charged and nothing else. I also haven't received a tracking email, usually companies send out a tracking number or the courier says we are expecting your parcel but it's radio silence. I did get the invoice, the Amazon voucher and website credit so 3 stars for that. Will update this review if I get some sort update on my order even a 'its delayed' email would be better than nothing.
I placed my order on 22nd December and my account is saying my order is dispatched but I still haven't received anything yet, didn't receive an order confirmation email or anything about my £20 Amazon voucher either. I checked Trustpilot before I ordered and saw there was only 2 reviews at that point, but the fact you're also listed on Topcashback gave me a bit more confidence in ordering. Judging by the similar comments, I'm now worried about my order being legitimate and if I'm going to receive both my order and the promised Amazon voucher. I understand we've just had the Christmas break, but not receiving anything to confirm my order after I made payment has made me dubious too. Edit: 28/12/24 - I received an email at 16:00 today with the Amazon Gift Card and have managed to redeem it successfully. My order also came today, so I've now changed my rating to 4 stars. The only reason for the loss of 1 star is not receiving an order confirmation email, estimated delivery time or courier details until a day before delivery. But anyway, my order turned up, and so can also now confirm this is a legitimate company.

Great company and promotions, used for over a year now. The fact people have no patience and are lowering the score on here is absurd , they have lives too and need time off for Christmas 🙄. Can’t wait for the rush to be sorted myself , not been let down before and cannot see it happening now!
