Great experience ordering from Framesdirect. A pair of Costa sunglasses that we wanted was on sale and we were skeptical about the low price at first. But we ordered it anyway and while it took a few days to ship out, we received the sunglasses as described in a timely manner. We would definitely be ordering from them again!

The customer service was impeccable from the beginning to the end and my frames were great quality.
First ordered and paid for my frames on 11/8/23 only to learn on it 11/9/23 that the frames were backordered. I probably would have ordered a different frame had I known. On 12/14/23 my glasses were shipped. Once I received my glasses I began having problems with my glasses. One lens was not tight and fell out repeatedly. The clip on sun glasses did not seat properly. Eventually the lens fell out causing it to chip. On 1/11/24 I reported the issues to Frames Direct and was sent a return shipping label. On 2/8/24 my glasses were shipped back to me with all the problems corrected. Although the ultimate outcome was positive, you can probably understand my frustration with the entire experience.
At first I wasn’t sure if the item I wanted was actually in stock based on the website. I called and spoke with a sales rep who was honest and said that it was back ordered but typically comes in within 2 weeks for that item. I ordered and it came shortly after 1 week! The glasses were exactly as described. Awesome customer service!
