Looked everywhere to find the lenses I wanted, they had them in stock and they were at my house in less than 5 days.
I'll call this a combined rating. I've ordered several pairs of high end glasses ($600-$900 per pair). I tried to order MontBlanc and was told there is a month or more back order. I called CoolFrames, they called MontBlanc- Montblanc had them in stock. I had my glasses in less than two weeks. A couple of months later I went to order another pair of MontBlanc in another color, same story. I gave Lens Direct the order, they again said it was a very long backorder so I wrote to them explaining that Cool Frames got me the last pair and again confirmed they these are not on back order. What I got back was an exceptionally rude response saying "Do you want to change the frames or cancel the order?" Shocked at the tone I cancelled the order. Cool Frames was a bit cheaper, I just wanted to give Frames Direct another chance. Never again!!!!!

I ordered a direct replacement pair of eyeglasses for less than 1/2 the price I had paid from a local optical clinic 3 years ago. They just arrived today.....super fast. It's always been difficult to find frames that I like that fit my face properly. The Ralph Lauren frames are just what I've been looking for. I particularly like the unique nose piece. The price was amazing and delivery was very quick. They even came in a lovely Ralph Lauren box.
