Excellent customer service. When I submitted my order I accidentally wrote the wrong date to be engraved. Customer service was contacted and quickly corrected before engraving. Professional and courteous.
Yes it was great service
The items I ordered were exactly what I expected, but customer service left something to be desired. The code I was given for my second order didn't work, so I let them know. I wasn't given any discount or refund, then I got a card that said they wanted me to enjoy complementary earrings. But there were no earrings! Can't really wear a card in my ear, so not sure what they wanted me to do. Edit: After this review they got back with me in a timely fashion and said they were shipping the earrings.
